The San Francisco Symphony’s powerful brass section closes out their week-long residency with a thrilling concert.

The San Francisco Symphony Brass Quintet is comprised of members of the San Francisco Symphony Brass section. The diverse background of the ensemble is a key factor in its unique sound. The individuals in the quintet studied at a range of institutions including The Juilliard School, Oberlin Conservatory, Rice University, Indiana University, and Northwestern University. In addition to performing, the quintet includes teachers at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Northwestern University, and Aspen Music Festival.
