Dover Quartet

Since making their Los Angeles debut on our series five years ago, the Dover’s rise to the top has been “practically meteoric” (Strings). Now included among the most in-demand ensembles and considered “one of the world’s finest young string quartets” (The New Yorker), they return to the Pompeian Room with their “expert musicianship, razor-sharp ensemble, deep musical feeling and a palpable commitment to communication” in Dvorak’s Quartet in A-flat (Op. 105) and Schubert’s monumental final quartet (in G, D. 887). “The Dover Quartet players have it in them to become the next Guarneri String Quartet” (Chicago Tribune).
